Part Time Marketing Executive - 5* Housebuilder
Bicester, Oxfordshire
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the leading housebuilders as their newly appointed part time Marketing Executive, assisting with the marketing activity on sites within their 5* portfolio. On offer is a basic salary of £24,000 basic (£40,000 pro rata).
We are on the lookout for either an established Marketing professional within the property industry, looking for a part time opportunity. This is a fantastic chance for someone who is an all-rounder, who can work with PR & Communications agencies, manage the website, social media channels, and assist the sales & marketing team.
With head office based in Bicester, you will be part of the Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
To be suitable for this role, you will already be an experienced Marketing professional, ideally with a background in property. This is a part time opportunity and your working days will be 3 days in the week e.g., Monday - Wednesday, Wednesday - Thursday, etc.
Experience outside of the property industry will be considered for the right applicant.
Responsibilities include:
* Execute targeted marketing campaigns for live and upcoming sites
* Monitor advertising budgets, as well as media and production costs and report as required
* Conduct site visits to create engaging content
* Liaise with appointed creative and PR agencies
* Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
* Using Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC to track performance
* Attend and assist with development set-up meetings, launches, and new releases
* Arrange events and community engagement projects
* Manage point of sale literature and collateral as required
* Ensure that web content is up to date and relevant according to market trends
* Keep property portals up to date
* Collate and manage regular figures and KPIs
Key requirements:
* 2 years marketing experience in a role with customer engagement within property
* New homes marketing experience for a developer or new homes agency is desirable
* Creative and able to think outside the box
* Team player
* Positive and pro-active
* Ability to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team
* Valid UK driving licence
