About The Role
We're looking for an Inspections Clerk to join our dedicated Property Management team. Our Inspections Clerks are the eyes and ears of the Property Management department, conducting in-tenancy inspections and maintenance checks on our portfolio of managed properties. The tenancy inspection is a vital element in ensuring our landlords' properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with the laws surrounding estate agency.
Exceptional customer service is a hallmark of the Foxtons brand which you will represent in your interactions with tenants and landlords. Whilst the role involves remote working you will have the opportunity to work with the local Foxtons offices in your assigned area.
Specific responsibilities:
1. Writing inspection reports, including photographs, which highlight the existing state of tenanted properties
2. Advising on potential areas of concern or attendance/improvement within the property
3. Being an integral part of our Property Management service from a compliance and maintenance perspective
About You
As well as requiring you to have a driving licence, this role involves preparing and writing reports so you will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines or schedules. You will also be presentable, reliable, and trustworthy.
