Part of a high-performing, cloud-native, and agile team, you will be responsible for building integrations between Workday and other Business Applications, as well as acting as a point of escalation for HR system issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop inbound and outbound integrations between the main HR system and other Business Systems (Payroll, Workforce Management, etc).
2. Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions with Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, Workday Studio, etc.
3. Participate in proof-of-concepts, demos, and post-deployment support.
4. Translate wider business requirements into system solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good HR System experience who is looking to progress their career in a sought-after specialist role!
Ideally, you will have experience with Workday; however, we are looking for someone who has hands-on technical experience with an enterprise-level HR system and is enthusiastic about progressing in this space!
This is a hybrid role, so you must be within a commutable distance from St Albans. We are also not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
