Chef De Partie Salary
Salary: £32-£35k
Hours per week: 48 plus
Duties:
1. Working closely with our Head Chef to deliver the highest standard of service and food.
2. Ensuring that the kitchen team is legally compliant, meeting the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
3. Maintaining good levels of organisation and prep levels appropriate to service.
4. Helping to manage our costs and controls.
5. Responsibility for your own sections.
6. Following recipe and presentation requirements with outstanding knowledge of our ingredients and menu specifications; delivering beautifully presented dishes.
We are looking for:
1. Individuals with five years or more relevant experience in a similar position of at least equivalent status to a Sous Chef position.
2. Self-motivated professionals with excellent attention to detail.
3. Real passion for cooking seasonal ingredients and creating showstopping dishes.
4. Ability to work under intense pressure.
5. Previous experience is essential.
