We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated IQIPs accreditation lead to join our audiology services. You will lead the successful achievement of IQIPs accreditation over a 2 year period for Barts Health NHS Trust Audiology.
The Barts Health Audiology services run across 7 sites: Whipps Cross Hospital, The Royal London Hospital, Hackney Ark, Vicarage Lane, West Ham Lane, Wood Street, and Loxford Polyclinic. We are an enthusiastic and friendly team of audiologists who provide hearing and balance services for the local adult and paediatric populations.
The IQIPs accreditation lead will work across all 7 services to drive standardised high-quality care in line with the IQIPS accreditation standards. You will liaise with audiologists, the service managers, and administrators to understand the systems and processes currently in place. You will line manage an assistant quality accreditation lead who will support you in delivering these aims.
In return, this is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate the need for IQIPS accreditation in the physiological sciences at Barts Health NHS Trust. You will be supported by the clinical lead, service managers, and team lead to achieve these aims.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Support the clinical lead to develop a strong culture of quality and project methodology to deliver IQIPS accreditation.
3. Identify gaps in provisions and ensure these are supported, evidenced, and implemented in audiology.
4. Standardise ways of working across all audiology sites.
5. Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures for activity, contributing to and ensuring compliance with IQIPS across Patient Experience, Facilities, Resources & Workforce, Safety, and Clinical domains.
6. Support the implementation of a robust document management policy and system across the service.
7. Support the audiology leads to standardise clinical protocols and processes.
