We are looking for a supervisor to join us at Bullitt Hotel Belfast.
This candidate will support the Front Office Manager and share responsibility for all front of house areas.
The Role will involve:
- Managing the Front Office operation, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each area.
- Ensuring adequate resource planning and effective recruitment & training of front office team members.
- Supporting the night team as required
- Ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of customer complaints.
- Identifying, communicating and action all sales leads.
- Maximising sales through up-selling, using incentives and promotions.
Essential Criteria:
1. Experience of working in a demanding front of house role
2. Previous Supervisory/Managerial experience.
3. Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
4. Must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead.
5. Must have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
6. Flexibility to work shift patterns to meet the needs of the business.
7. An ability to work well under pressure, while leading by example.
Desirable Criteria:
Working knowledge of Protel or other hotel property management systems
