The Opportunity:
* Strategically drive significant sales volume, revenue, and profitability across all locations.
* Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy that maximizes performance.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a substantial sales team to consistently achieve and surpass targets.
* Rigorously monitor and manage performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Optimize finance and value-added product penetration to enhance profitability.
* Maintain impeccable stock presentation standards and effectively manage aged inventory.
* Leverage CRM and digital tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum of 5+ years of senior leadership experience within automotive sales.
* Proven success in a high-volume dealership or car supermarket setting.
* A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
* Exceptional leadership, team management, and employee development capabilities.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
* A deep understanding of the used car market and evolving customer buying behaviours.
* Proficiency in CRM and lead management systems.
