Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE) Band 4 - £32,296 to £35,880 per annum About the Post We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join the University of Suffolk’s Centre for Academic and International Partnerships (CAIP). The post holder will be supporting a portfolio of UK and International partnerships, including maintenance of accurate student records, and dealing efficiently with enquiries from partner staff and students. The post holder will also work closely with other teams across the University to support the delivery of processes and policies as they relate to all aspects of the partner student lifecycle. About the Team Working closely with academic schools and other professional services departments, the CAIP team is responsible for the development and management of the University’s academic partnership arrangements with a number of institutions based in the UK and internationally. You will be joining a friendly, supportive and flexible team where you will have the opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the partner student journey. About You The post holder will be a skilled and pro-active administrator with strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working successfully as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer service and to troubleshoot as issues arise. The role requires strong IT skills (including the use of MS Office and databases) and the ability to communicate and collaborate with partner staff and students in a calm, professional and efficient manner. The post holder will primarily be based at the University’s Ipswich campus, making occasional visits to partner sites during the academic year. This is an agile working role, with an expectation of working on campus at least three days per week.
