We are continuing to build an Everlasting Shawston, and need likeminded individuals to join our team. We are now looking for a committed individual to join our Hyde Office Team in the role of Customer Service Advisor. Our Hyde branch is dynamic, fun and the heritage site of the business.

About The Role
* Handle incoming phone calls and e-mails from an established customer base
* Process quotes for tenders or orders to place, chase customers for orders
* Process orders from all stages until invoiced
* Maintain a high level of customer service
About you
To be considered for this role, we ask that you hold all of the below skills and experience;
* High energy individual with exceptional motivating skills.
* Proactive individual and able to work on own initiative.
* Process driven and comfortable working with clearly defined procedures.
* IT literacy – Microsoft Office.
* Preferably have had experience within a sales role although not essential
* Build and nurture long term relationships with customers
* Always looking for creative ways to improve the business
* Understand the motivations and needs of the customer
* Interpret customer needs and process orders on the computer in a fast-paced environment
* Able to initiate, manage and adapt to change
* An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop, maintain and exploit strong internal and excellent external relationships at all levels
* Able to operate in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining calm.
This role is based on-site, 08:00-17:00, 40 hours per week.
