Key Responsibilities: Product Launches & Updates: Oversee the e-commerce team to ensure smooth product launches, maintain up-to-date product details, and optimise collection and landing pages to reflect our brand's evolving story. Manage the product catalogue, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across all products, images, and information to maximise customer engagement. Analyse key e-commerce metrics and ensure continuous optimisation to drive conversions and customer retention. Promotion & Offer Management: Strategize, implement, and analyse promotions, discounts, and special offers, creating compelling campaigns that resonate with customers. Website Enhancements: Collaborate with the web development team on website updates, feature integrations, and layout changes to enhance functionality and user experience. Feature Innovation: Continuously review and propose new site features and functionalities that set us apart in the competitive landscape. Keep a pulse on e-commerce trends and competitor activities, using insights to boost website performance and customer experience Provide regular performance insights via Shopify, Google Analytics, and custom reports daily, monthly, and quarterly to inform data-driven decision-making. Work closely with the in-house design team to develop engaging online assets that enhance the digital shopping experience. Essential Criteria Minimum of 3 years in a digital marketing or e-commerce role. Proven experience in website management and e-commerce platform optimization. Experience with email marketing software and campaign management. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage at least one team member. Desirable Criteria Strong copywriting skills.
