Job Responsibility:
1. Manage business strategies with the CEO,and implement with the team, to achieve business goals;
2. Drive the expansion of the supply network across various global markets, focusing on regional and local market needs.
3. Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers and hotels, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment.
4. Collect and analyze the market data, and provide to the team and stakeholders for business support;
5. Set performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate supplier performance, ensuring high-quality service levels, competitive pricing, and adherence to contractual agreements.
6. Work with technology and product teams to incorporate innovative tools and platforms that enhance the partnership experience, improve inventory management, and drive operational efficiencies.
7. Work closely with senior leadership, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Revenue, Product, Support and Engineering teams, to ensure alignment between supply partnerships and business objectives.
Job Requirement:
1. More than 10 years of team management, and with the international vision;
2. Strong data analysis,operations ability, negotiation skill, and learning ability;
3. Professional experience,within hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA or B2B channels) is preferred;
4. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to identify opportunities and make decisions based on facts and data;
5. Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
6. Mandarin written and spoken skills will be an advantage.
