Your new role
Your new role will see you supporting fee earners, audio typing all correspondence to clients, opening and closing client files, updating client details, organising appointments with clients for fee earners, ensuring client data is accurate and up to date on the client management system and working closely with a strong network of secretaries providing support for fee earners and senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have proven experience working as a legal secretary, accurate and fast typing speeds and be able to manage a busy and heavy workload. You'll need strong communication skills and be able to work well with all levels within a business. Strong attention to detail and high levels of professionalism are essential.
