A new opportunity has arisen for a senior customer service advisor to join this accessories supplier on a temporary basis. The company is well-established in its field and sells products via both wholesale and eCommerce channels.
You will be responsible for both B2B and B2C customer service, processing wholesale orders, building and maintaining relationships with wholesale customers and processing and dispatching eCommerce orders.
The successful candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong administration skills and proficiency on Excel.
