Chelmsford £24,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience) Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator to join our clients Mortgage Service Centre based at their Head Office in Chelmsford. They are the largest independent mortgage brokers in Essex, providing independent mortgage and protection advice. As part of the group we work closely with a number of estate agents and other introducers, such as builders, accountants and solicitors, offering independent mortgage and protection advice. As a large introducer, we benefit from a number of exclusive mortgage rates not available to the general public. Duties will include regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on application status, progress mortgages through to offer stage and liaising with solicitors until completion. Other duties will include processing incoming mail, handling telephone enquiries and liaising with our Mortgage Advisors and Sales Teams. Candidates may occasionally be required to visit our branch network around the County and offer support to our Advisors in the field.
