My Prestige Client, specialists in Private Health Insurance, are seeking a driven and professional Business Development Executive (BDE) to join their dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary depending on experience, for a full-time position.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing My Client's business by generating new opportunities, converting leads, and managing key relationships with their broker panel. You'll need excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Increase sales through lead generation and new business acquisition.
2. Convert enquiries into sales and identify upselling opportunities.
3. Manage relationships with key sports accounts, healthcare brokers, and intermediaries.
4. Prepare quotations and renewal terms for key accounts.
5. Support product development and service offerings.
6. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to increase Corporate Healthcare volume.
7. Conduct broker training, both remotely and face-to-face.
Person Requirements
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to organize work effectively and manage time efficiently.
3. Willingness to travel for client and broker meetings.
4. Understanding of FCA guidelines.
5. Adaptability to industry changes and competitor products.
6. Team player with a professional attitude.
