Finance and Systems Implementation Assistant
12 month FTC - Flintshire-based
Up to 30,000 per annum
I am delighted to be partnered with an extremely well-known brand based in the North Wales area. Due to a new system implementation project, they are in need of a Finance Assistant on a fixed-term basis.
This will be a fast-paced role that will require a candidate with previous implementation experience.
Key duties will include:
* Assisting in the migration of financial data from the old system to the new system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Assist in testing the new finance system, identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
* Assist in providing training and support to finance team members on the new system, including creating user guides and conducting training sessions.
* Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports during the transition period, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and assist in implementing changes.
Key skills required:
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in using financial software and ERP systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
