An opportunity has arisen to join our expanding company. We offer Building & Facilities Maintenance services and we are looking for a PPM Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The roles and duties will include:
* To carry out various PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks on a wide range of building assets within our sites throughout the North West and Yorkshire including completing and submitting PPM records on job management software.
* Conduct planned and reactive maintenance works in line with agreed SLA timeframes.
* Assist in building refurbishment project works as part of the team.
* Support and assist our other Maintenance Engineers with their service & maintenance schedules.

* Water Hygiene
* PAT Testing
A full UK driving licence is essential for the role.
