* Regularly review financial data and support departments with their budgeting

* Collaborate with other department heads on financial matters
* Prepare financial reports for senior management
* Handle any financial irregularities promptly and professionally
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A strong educational background in finance, accounting or a related field
* Previous NHS experience
* Previous experience in a finance leadership role
* Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards
* Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
