About the Role: Lanes Groups sales division are responsible for bringing in new customers as well as the management and relationship building of current clients. Due to company growth, we are looking to appoint a Sales Support Administrator to join our successful sales division. Successful applicants will provide crucial support to our North-West sales managers. Location: Manchester Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week Salary: £26,000- £28,000 Responsibilities – but not limited to: Following up on sales quotes generated by the sales managers Confirm job bookings and notifying the sales and operational teams of any changes. Maintaining relationships with current customers Chase outstanding PO’s Work with the sales and operational teams to create sales quotes for new jobs. Follow up on CCTV Reports, both with our internal teams and external customers. Whilst the role is initially Sales Support, we are looking for applicants who want to grow and develop their sales skills and knowledge and eventually move into a Area Development Manager position. Successful applicants may be required to travel to depots within the region as well as occasional site visits. Experience and qualifications required for the role: Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills are key to success in this role. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is hungry to do well, ambitious, hardworking and able to show initiative. Applicants will highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines. Full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty point is required.
