We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Marston Holdings as a Business Improvement Analyst. As a part of the COO’s team, the main responsibilities are to support the organisation’s strategic initiatives, in line with our corporate strategy and transformation plans. This will include seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and operational practices, by making recommendations to enable delivery of more efficient ‘ways of workings’. This will be achieved by the re-designing of key business ‘to be’ processes including identifying issues, designing solutions and facilitating changes to attain the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, control, and compliance. Core Duties And Responsibilities Design, develop and test highly complex, specialist reports using database and spreadsheet skills and visualisation software supply analytical interpretation to aid understanding and propose process and/or business improvements. Provide reports and analysis that are fit-for-purpose and deliver the intended insights into Engage performance, operational effectiveness and provide opportunities and proposals for decision-makers. Business Process Improvement through analysis, including data analysis, identifying waste, root cause problem solving, future state design using tools, methodologies and approaches associated with Lean. Lead and assist with improving business performance by identifying risks, issues and opportunities linked to the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations and business performance. Systems analysis: Support the migration to a new CRM platform, including but not limited to reporting and translation of processes onto a new core operating system Support Change Management: Help to introduce changes in business processes and organisation behaviour's that have a positive impact on the bottom line and customer experience Facilitate continuous improvement review meetings, engage, and help to collaborate with senior leaders and project stakeholders. Ability to establish KPIs to monitor performance/success Experience of IT implementation, including test plans and rollout Engage with key stakeholders of the business and create strong, collaborative working groups Ability to influence staff at all levels, as well as coaching and upskilling staff Present recommendations to improve the overall quality and performance of business areas. Provide robust feedback to senior management detailing findings, improvements, and costs Co-ordinate and lead key business projects, including new business on-boarding, clearly demonstrating, documenting and reporting progress and challenges Hold Internal workshops where required to ensure all impacted business leaders have understanding and input into projects or initiatives. Analyse and identify any trends or business risks identified through analysis and provide recommendations and support to mitigate or resolve. Possess strong analytical thinking, with the ability to critically evaluate individual processes and projects. Provide advice and guidance to business areas based on findings from quality monitoring of processes and procedures. Be accountable for own actions and take ownership for own personal development. Continue to enhance skills and knowledge to achieve the best results. Act in a professional manner and adhere to all company procedures and policies always. Lead regular feedback sessions to discuss area performance and advise of general business project updates Any other duties as reasonably required
