Business Development Manager (EMEA) Digital Integration Products Salary £50-70K DOE, OTE £100K plus The Client Our Client, who are very well established and expanding, provide Software & Services into the Construction & Manufacturing sectors in the UK, Europe & beyond. They are currently looking to develop and expand their customer base for their Digital Integration product suite which focuses on the Built Environment. The Role Purpose The Business Development Manager role is to help drive growth and expand their footprint of Digital Integration products and services across their targeted Built Environment Sectors. The Role Target new customer acquisitions of Digital Integration Solutions into the Built Environment sector throughout EMEA. Working through self-generated opportunities, enquiries & leads provided, target C-level contacts within the target verticals which would include Pharma, Utilities & Data Centres. Engage proactively at Director level, scope opportunities, building enduring, high level customer relationships Demonstrate products, negotiate & overcome objections, closing long-term, high value contracts Attend appropriate events throughout EMEA region to engage target audiences positioning yourself as a subject matter expert The Candidate 3-years plus experience selling high-value digital integration software solutions Preferably with experience selling into construction sector/ built environment Sales hunter by instinct and through demonstrated experience Outstanding communicator comfortable operating at Director-level Possesses maturity & patience to successfully sell high-value, long sales cycle contracts & a track record demonstrating this Comfortable working remotely, demonstrates initiative & self-reliance Willing & able to travel regularly where required in UK, Europe & beyond Experience selling to public & private organisations desirable Experience responding to tenders desirable Skills: Sales Business Development New Business Development Benefits: Work From Home
