Full-Time

£500-£750 Per Week (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)
We are open to receiving applications from Early Years Teachers (ECT’s) and more experienced.
Our large, two-form entry primary school in Kirkby are on the lookout for an experienced, or newly qualified, primary School teacher to work in a nursery class on a full-time basis. As a result of a strong and supportive senior leadership team, the school has very little turnover in their teaching department. In a recent Ofsted inspection, they were graded as ‘Good’ with outstanding features.
As a Nursery Teacher you’ll be expected to:
1. Teach all areas of the school curriculum.
2. Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment.
3. Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
4. Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
5. Maintain discipline.
6. Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupil’s development.
7. Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.
8. Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
9. Liaise with colleagues and working flexibly, particularly within smaller schools.
To apply the candidate must have:
10. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
11. Knowledge of the National Curriculum
12. Able to provide Referees.
13. An up-to-date DBS Check (or be willing to obtain one)
14. Eligibility to work in the UK.
