We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, from assisting with patient appointment bookings to managing patient interactions, all while upholding the highest standards of care.
Duties
1. Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
2. Assist with appointment booking.
3. Provide knowledgeable information about the practice and the services we provide.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house and reception area.
5. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficiency.
6. Handle patient enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
7. Uphold a friendly and professional demeanour at all times, contributing to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a healthcare or dental setting is preferred but not essential.
2. Knowledge of dental standards and practices is highly desirable.
3. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. A proactive approach to teamwork and helping colleagues when needed.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts if necessary.
