Reed HR are currently looking for a HR Manager to join our client on a full time, permanent basis. The role: This is an exciting, standalone role where the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a range of human resource functions, including learning and development, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Mixture of office and home working HR Manager responsibilities include: Spearhead learning and development initiatives across the organisation to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and growth opportunities, including training on quality standards Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that align with both HR and quality management requirements. Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and quality improvement. Collaborate with external agencies and assess candidate applications. Conduct interviews and assist team leaders in the selection process. Ensure compliance with hiring procedures and maintain candidate records. Provide guidance on fostering a positive organisational culture. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities. Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace environment. Oversee the organisation's training programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and quality management standards. Monitor and track personal development plans for employees. Support the training and development lifecycle while keeping records up to date, including quality related training initiatives. Act as the second point of contact for HR queries, with team leaders as the primary point of contact for HR issues. Maintain HR information and generate reports for the Managing Director. Manage employee records through the BreatheHR system. Support the annual salary review process. Update the employee handbook and generate policy documents as needed. Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with automatic enrollment requirements. Monitor candidates' eligibility to work in the organisation.
