The Workday Financials Consultant specializes in implementing Workday's financial management solutions. This role involves collaborating with clients to configure Workday Financials, ensure proper financial reporting, and support their finance teams with best-practice solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation: Lead Workday Financials implementations, including modules like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.
2. Configuration: Configure financial workflows, chart of accounts, and financial reports in Workday based on client specifications.
3. Client Engagement: Collaborate with finance teams to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday Financials solutions.
4. Data Migration: Assist in migrating financial data to Workday, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation.
5. Financial Reporting: Build custom reports and dashboards to provide real-time financial data and insights to clients.
6. Training: Conduct training sessions for finance teams on Workday's financial management functionalities.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in implementing Workday Financials, including modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
