About The Role:
We are collaborating with a high-end interior and lifestyle design studio seeking a Procurement Manager to join their small, passionate team. The studio’s diverse portfolio includes bespoke interior projects, event production, and an exclusive e-commerce platform offering curated art and design objects.
In this role, you will oversee procurement for interior projects, manage the e-commerce shop, and coordinate production across all of the studio’s exciting design ventures. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in FF&E procurement, strong communication skills with both colleagues and clients, and experience in social media scheduling and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage FF&E procurement and scheduling, coordinating with teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
* Track budgets and spending, process orders and invoices, and oversee logistics, including storage, shipping, and customs
* Supervise on-site installations and coordinate with contractors for smooth execution and ensure resolution
* Build strong supplier relationships, manage sourcing and trade accounts, and handle restoration projects for antiques
* Lead bespoke FF&E projects from concept to delivery, balancing cost and design quality
* Develop and monitor production timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure projects stay on budget
* Maintain accurate Shopify records, manage product shoots, and oversee inventory and stock updates
* Support with website content, newsletters, and social media posts
* Source new shop products, conduct market research, and develop sales and partnership strategies
* Provide excellent customer service and fulfil orders efficiently
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role within interior design
* Proficient in Shopify
* Skilled in social media management and content creation
* Familiar with Mac-based office systems (Gmail, and Dropbox)
* Strong passion for interior design, art, architecture
