Purpose of the Role
Joining our dynamic team in Manchester, Leeds, or London and reporting to the Head of Property Management, the Property Manager assumes a key role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our residential portfolio. Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and operate efficiently. The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and enforcing lease terms.
Responsibilities
* Handle move-in process for new tenants.
* Partake in the onboarding of new properties stemming from our investment pipeline.
* Ensure maintenance reported during tenancies are handled effectively.
* Book and carry out inspections.
* Organise the move-out and post-tenancy works for end of tenancies.
Working as a Team
* Take part in weekly team meetings to monitor performance and keep everyone up to date.
* Deal with 1st level complaints prior to passing to management.
* Assist the team to hit set targets on a regular basis.
Key Skills Required
* Excellent telephone manner, spoken and written communication skills.
* Excellent approach to customer service and client care.
