I am currently looking for a HR Coordinator for a beautiful destination hotel in Surrey! A premium venue set in idyllic countryside with a focus on exceptional accommodation, food, and service. Due to the location of this hotel, the ability to drive / have a car is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing employee administration.
2. Assisting with recruitment tasks such as reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and advertising roles.
3. Supporting employee relations by advising managers on performance, absence, and other people-related issues, while managing HR documentation.
4. Supporting local career fairs and ensuring timely processing of recruitment outcomes.
5. Handling monthly payroll.
About you:
Educated to degree level or equivalent; ideally CIPD qualified. Proven experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role, within hospitality.
