Concept have a unique opportunity to join a well-established managed print and service provider based within South Yorkshire. To continue growth within this industry we are looking for an experienced engineer who has a proven track record within the industry covering a range of print devices. The role will involve stock ordering of parts & consumables, IT support, Telephone and Remote Support, together with field calls. Installation and connectivity of MFP's.
The Candidate
Excellent electrical \ mechanical engineering knowledge
Strong IT knowledge and experience in networking MFD's covering printing and scanning
Minimum 3 years' experience within the industry
Experience of any desktop A4 devices would be an advantage
Must have excellent customer care experience (both working on-site & remotely)
Full UK driving Licence

Key Responsibilities:
To provide a technical service to customers, including, fault finding, installation, networking, maintenance and repair.
To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
Maintain stock levels of parts & consumables
Service call planning for service dept
To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties
Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
