Operations Executive
Are you an organisation expert with a passion for making things run smoothly? Do you have a knack for systems, processes, and getting things done? If you’re eager to make a real difference and support a charity transforming lives through football, this is the perfect role for you!
The Street Soccer Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Executive to join our charity. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of our nationwide programme provision administration and delivery operations, working closely with our delivery partners (Football Club Community Organisations) and supporting our impactful campaigns that run alongside it, to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
This position requires strong administration skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Operations Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing wholly professional email etiquette, and keeping on top of everything that needs to be organised and delivered as part of the flagship programme service provision.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage the administration of our charity’s flagship programme, the Street Soccer Academy as well as the national campaigns that support the delivery of the Academy programme.
* Organise and streamline operational systems and processes for maximum efficiency - the current system used is via 'monday.com'.
* Support team members and charity partners with a positive “can-do / will-do” attitude - always pro-actively looking for the solution.
* Directly assist the Founder & CEO of the charity with his diary management and meeting schedules.
* Be a key player in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programme provision, campaign delivery, and events throughout the year.
What We’re Looking For:
* A born organiser with exceptional administration skills and attention to detail.
* A process-driven mindset - you love creating systems that work seamlessly.
* Someone with a positive, friendly disposition who thrives in a supportive role.
* Excellent phone / email etiquette and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Sharepoint, and ideally a working knowledge of 'monday.com'.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Passion for charitable work and the power of sport to drive positive social change.
* Availability for up to 20 hours per week, working part-time Monday to Friday.
Why Join Us?
* Flexible role - work remotely around your availability.
* Be part of a football-led charity making a tangible impact.
* Collaborate with inspiring team members and partners who share your passion.
* Gain experience in charity operations and work closely with our Founder & CEO.
