As an integral part of the business, you’ll provide expert advice and hands-on support across a wide range of HR areas—from employee relations to recruitment, policy development, and performance management. Key Responsibilities Provide advice to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Support employee relations cases (grievances, disciplinary, absence, etc.) Assist with performance management and improvement plans Manage recruitment processes and onboarding for specific roles Develop and implement HR policies in line with current legislation Advise on key HR topics including diversity, conduct, appraisals, and conflict resolution Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and DE&I initiatives Support organisational change, such as restructures or policy changes Liaise with external HR support providers and advisory bodies as needed About You Experience in an HR Advisor or similar role (2-5 years ideally) Strong working knowledge of UK employment law Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills CIPD qualified or working towards (or equivalent) Organised and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment High level of discretion and professional integrity Confident user of Microsoft 365 tools What’s On Offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Flexible part-time hours (16-24 per week) Employee Assistance Programme Staff discounts and benefits Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing business
