TXM are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project. Recruiting for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of Contract Lifecycle works & Programmes within the agreed budgets, timescales and safety parameters. The role holder will be expected to manage, risks, variations, H&S/CDM, stakeholder communications, cash flows, governance, scoping activities and supporting colleagues with planning of works. Location: Covering Sussex & Kent Salary: £350 - £400 per day ( PAYE) Contract: 12 Month Contract Responsibilities Monitoring and communicating project financial performance and administration for all assigned projects. Liaising with the Colleagues and Finance Business Partner to ensure accuracy & timely submissions Effective management of 3rd Party Suppliers and Project Support Teams to ensure Projects are successfully delivered in the most efficient and effective manner ensuring all contractual KPIs, SLAs, Deliverables & Safety Targets are achieved Effectively manage Project WIP, issues, escalations, and resolutions with and between all stakeholders. Translate, from the client project scope, the preparation of specifications, design drawings and tender documents Manage all phases of the project, from scoping to instruction to close out, to meet all contractual requirements. Ownership, preparation and timely submission of all MI, Reports and Risk Registers into the Customer and Business Develop tenders, quotations & appropriate governance papers for the initiation of procurement ensuring compliance to budget, policy & performance. Ensuring Commercial & Statutory Compliance of the works and the Safe Management of all non-conformance's (NCR’s) across the Projects environment. Qualifications/Experience Experience working with National or Local Utilities or critical environments. Project contract management experience Construction Experience Tenders & Procurement experience HNC /HND or equivalent qualification in electrical / mechanical engineering or Construction Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS); CDM experience & knowledge; IOSH or NEBOSH qualification Proficient in the use of Microsoft software.
