What does a great Group FP&A Senior Manager do? In this high-profile position, the successful candidate will be at the center of Travelport’s decision-making; they will play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board in managing projections for the business. Primary priorities include coordinating and driving the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes, leading the development of long-term plans and scenario modelling, together with the preparation of presentation materials for the SLT and Board. Responsibilities include Drive the Financial Budgeting and Forecasting process for the Group P&L (Full P&L from Revenue to Reported Net Income) Ensure robust and effective planning processes and systems, partner with Commercial and Technology FP&A teams to deliver accurate projections in-line with corporate timelines Provision of executive-ready reporting to the SLT and company sponsors, and preparation of Board materials relating to forecasts, budgets, long-term plans and scenario modelling Provide inputs on Working Capital to monthly cash flow and ad-hoc balance sheet management reporting, including focused cashflow review on Commercial Accounts Payable Coordinate Global Budget and Forecast assumptions ensuring alignment across teams and regions Investor Relations experience or Big-4 Deal team experience a plus Who we are looking for in this role: University graduate and a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or CPA) with significant (4 years) financial analysis experience, including Commercial or Group FP&A experience in a complex corporate environment or Big-4 experience Proven communication and relationship building skills, as well as negotiation skills and associated with the implementation of new processes and challenge of key assumptions Financial accounting experience including analysis/review of full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required including experience of developing complex financial models Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
