The Role
If you were to join us as a Customer Delivery & Collections Co-Ordinator, here is what you want to know.
Salary: £23,400 per annum
Location: Champion House, Derby Office
Hours/shift pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 9-5pm
As a Customer Delivery and Collection Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery and collection of vehicles while providing a high standard of customer service. This role requires confidence in dealing with customers and coordinating logistics with third-party companies. You will work closely with our stock control and finance teams to ensure efficient operations.

What do we need from you?
1. Experience in customer service is a benefit but not essential.
2. Must be confident when speaking with customers and handling their queries
3. Strong organisational and communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
5. Problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering prompt solutions
6. Familiarity with logistics tracking systems and administrative processes is advantageous
7. A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
