About the role Key details: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, 37.5 hours per week Wage: £6.40 per hour Location: JNHG, Fairground Way, WS1 4NU Apprenticeship Standard: Level 3 Business Administration Duration: 16 months Overview of the role You will oversee candidate checks and ensure candidates are Schedule 2 compliant. Key Responsibilities: Completing application forms and ensuring they meet schedule 2 requirements. Gathering information to complete all relevant forms and checks. DBS (processing DBS', completing DBS check, obtaining DBS copies, and updating DBS) Conduct relevant Training Checks Carry out Proof of Address checks. Gather References- this includes telephone and safeguarding verification. Right to work checks. Apprenticeship Summary: You will work towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification across a total duration of 18 months Training provider: LMP Group: https://lmp-group.co.uk/ All online/remote learning, no classroom or college day release An allocated tutor will support you throughout the apprenticeship About the Candidate Skills & Personal Qualities Required: Communication skills Computer literate Organisation and time-management skills Administration skills Attention to detail Be a self- starter that can work independently towards set goals and targets.
