We are looking to grow our Commercial Property team, with a candidate who meets the criteria. Experience of using Proclaim would be advantageous but not essential.

Main Activities, Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assisting fee earner with:
1. Opening files.
2. Covering other fee earner's work in their absence.
3. Responding to client queries in a timely manner.
4. Overseeing complex exchanges and completions.
5. Drafting of wide range of documents.
6. Land Registry Applications.
7. Preparing completion statements.
8. SDLT applications.
9. Issuing post completion documents to client.
10. Closing files.
11. Picking up dictation if required (not essential).
Knowledge & Skills:
1. Previous experience within a legal support or administrative role - Desirable
2. Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise - Essential
3. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant IT platforms - Essential
4. Strong written communication skills - Essential
5. Demonstrate a good understanding of client relationship management - Essential
6. Ability to undertake basic legal work under supervision and use initiative where required - Essential
