Job Description:
Position: Customer Host
Location: Grosvenor Casino, Stockton
As a Customer Host, you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for. Your passion for people will be applied to the role to create a memorable and entertaining experience. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere exceeding our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome customers warmly into the business.

3. Work with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service.
4. Deliver an excellent quality experience across leisure, food, and beverage.
5. Provide an outstanding level of service through selling.
6. Ensure you proactively comply with all regulations, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety, and safer gambling.
7. Maintain immaculate operational standards in all areas of food, beverage, and reception.
Qualifications:
1. Positive attitude.
2. Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role (Preferred).
3. Previous experience working in a multifaceted role.
4. Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience.
5. Ability to collaborate with the wider business.
6. Sound communication skills.
7. Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working.
8. Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
Additional Information:
Multi-cover opportunity with the role to be trained on all FOH areas, primarily Electronic Gaming and Reception. Full & part-time positions available.
