Job Description:
As a Partner in Business Solution and Business Development Finance, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with UK customers in the banking and insurance industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will strategically identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and guide appropriate engagement approaches within customer organizations. Collaborating with our team of business specialists, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs while also leading transformation projects in bank and insurance finance areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio.
2. Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
3. Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
5. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 8 years of experience providing solutions to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives.
2. Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
3. Deep expertise in Bank Finance or Insurance Finance.
4. Extensive network with C-Suite executives within banks and insurance companies in the UK.
5. Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
6. Business fluent in English.
