This role will support departments across the business (primarily our Commercial, Transport and Operations departments) in understanding their financial performance against their KPIs (Budget, Last Year, Forecasts, Market). The role will be responsible for Daily and Weekly Performance Reporting and will be involved across Business Improvement Projects. The successful candidate will conduct monthly analysis on Sales and Margin, as well as being our key point of contact between the UK and our parent company, Agrial, in France. Working hours:Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 17:00. Pay: Competitive, with annual bonus and formal accreditation support. Main Responsibilities Responsible for the Daily and Weekly Performance Reporting for the UK (BUUK). Involvement in the BUUK BusinessImprovement Projects. Monthly accounting for Commercial Conditions, Claims and Transport. Monthly analysis on Sales and Margin (Volume, Price, Cost analysis). Budget/Forecast control. Assist in the production of costings, optimisation and customer account planning. SkillsandExperience Required Recently graduated in a Degree in Accounting and Finance, or similar relevant subject. An ambitious individual with a thirst for knowledge and experience. Ability to deal with multiple stakeholder priorities. Skilled in making Finance accessible to non-finance leaders. Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities. Innovative thinker with a data-driven mind.
