To support the English Language School Lead and Head of English, Maths and ESOL with general administrative duties. To be the first point of contact for telephone, email and face to face enquiries coming into the department.

Key Responsibilities
· To manage all enquiries to the main ELS shared phone and email account, responding wherever possible or forwarding to relevant staff when needed.
· To address enquiries made in person by tutors and learners involved in ELS provision or looking to enrol onto ELS provision. This will include communicating clearly with learners who are non-native speakers any may have entry or pre-entry level spoken and written English
