My client is a leading lender best known for its BTL, investment and development finance products in addition to competitive residential and second-charge mortgages offered both direct and through intermediaries.
With considerable market share, an enviable reputation for staff welfare and a single reporting format, they now seek an additional staff surveyor as follows:
* AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified with VRS
* Accessible to a range of S, DN, LN, HD, WF and some DE postcodes
* Tech savvy, embracing new technology as a means to providing the best service and reports possible
* Familiar with BTL and HMO valuation methodology, as well as wider inspection and valuation protocol.
* Typical workload comprises 1-3 valuation reports daily – focused on quality over quantity
* Designated patch, sensible booking and an unmatched focus on work/life balance / employee wellbeing
* In addition to undertaking inspections, checking the quality of reports coming back from panel appointees
Suitable Staff Surveyors / Valuers will reside within the patch and come from a stable career background and have a desire to work client side with a demonstrable track record in investment valuation.
Successful Staff Surveyors / Valuers will enjoy a basic salary up to £72k plus bonus, executive car and extensive health and well-being benefits including unrivalled pension (10% contribution!) and life cover provision.
