The Role: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the school’s buildings, grounds, and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all. Key Responsibilities: Carry out security procedures, including opening and closing the premises and ensuring the safety of the school grounds. Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and regular building compliance checks. Respond to emergencies such as fire, flood, or adverse weather conditions, including clearing snow and gritting pathways. Maintain and monitor the hydrotherapy pool to a high standard, including water testing and system upkeep. Monitor cleanliness and hygiene across the site, including emergency cleaning as required.
