Overview Reporting to the Head of Core Technology, you'll be a vital member of the Core Technology team; the Product Manager is accountable for multiple products across the back-office technology domain using Microsoft Dynamics 365 - (Finance & Supply Chain). You'll lead the delivery of our product strategies, working across a broad section of stakeholders to prioritise and deliver the back-office roadmap of change. You'll need to be able to travel to Yeovil as needed for ad-hoc collaboration/workshops & team meet ups. Key responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision, priorities and growth plan Establish and continuously improve the product framework and ways of working within Core Technology product teams Own and drive the back-office roadmap, collaborating with senior stakeholders and leadership teams across Screwfix (up to and including Board members) to manage and prioritise change Lead, manage and coach Product Owners and other Product Managers Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities. Lead the end-to-end delivery of backlog changes, from planning to deployment, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met. Act as a strong change agent, supporting team and stakeholders to navigate through complex change requests and product implementation, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching. Create solutions to capability gaps and problems, working across multiple teams, both within Screwfix and the broader Kingfisher Group. Focused on quality, you will work with delivery teams (internal engineering and external 3rd party vendors) to ensure that deliverables are aligned with the product roadmap and business roll out / adoption plans – with clear stage gates and measures of success Manage risk pragmatically, working with key stakeholders and direct reports to mitigate risk in delivering change Develop and agree KPIs and OKRs with your Product teams; aligning with business strategy Drive great performance and engagement of your team through regular 1 to 1s and quarterly check ins Required Skills & Experience In depth experience of product management, governance models and delivery frameworks. Strong overall knowledge of application capabilities, integration, development methodologies and industry best practices Confident in technology transformation including vendor selection, management and procurement Good understanding of product design framework & methodologies Track record of being a structured problem solver able to see, develop and focus on the bigger picture.
