Pertemps, in conjunction our client are recruiting a PART TIME WAREHOUSE OPERATOR at Aberdeen Dyce.
1. Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.

3. This is a hands on role, working directly with secure, custom cleared shipments.
4. Ensure all incoming and outgoing parcels are processed quickly and efficiently high levels of precision
5. that meets all areas of process quality and compliance within the agreed and sometimes challenging timeframes.
Criteria:
6. The post holder is responsible for ensuring that materials and shipments are processed and loaded into
7. vehicles in a precise, safe and time efficient manner.
8. You will be required to scan and distribute material
9. within the service centre in line with Global Operating Procedures, ensuring adherence to legislative
10. health, safety and security policies and standards.

17. Process all incoming and outgoing shipments in line with DHL
18. compliance procedures
19. Scan/process shipments in accordance with GSDP checkpoint REF
20. guide
21. Ensure all actions are completed quickly and efficiently.
22. Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
23. Manual lifting of shipments is required.
24. Adhere to all DHL Health & Safety, Quality, Security and Environmental
25. compliance standards which also includes the working time directive. A computer system will be required to be used during the pursuit of
26. your duties.
27. Plan and prepare working practices ensuring maximum efficiency.
28. Manage day to day workload and seek support when required.
29. Ensure warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after end of shift
30. Adhere to legislation including Health and Safety, Working Time
31. Directive regulations etc.
32. Provide administrative and operational tasks, necessary to ensure the
33. correct functioning of the Service Centre.
34. Adhere to all company procedures.
35. Safety and security: Adhere to country laws and regulations, company
36. and third party rules and standards.
37. Adhere to customs / import / export procedures.
