The Recruitment Advisor will focus on continuously improving our selection approach by utilising the most effective and cost-efficient routes to market while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Role details: Salary : £30-35k DOE Hours : 37.5 hours Per Week Working pattern : Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Location : Rosewood, Crockford Lane, Chineham Park, Basingstoke, RG24 8UB What you’ll do: Ensure job requisitions are correctly raised and authorised Conduct full and detailed job briefings with line managers Design and write job adverts Successfully advertise vacancies via internal and external channels - assessing various recruitment methods and selecting the most appropriate routes to market for each role Assess candidate applications, screening them against the job requirements Ensure that we take a proactive approach to recruitment - creating talent pools and pipelines for future requirements Appropriate and consistent communication with the business to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of recruitment activity Occasional travel to site locations to work with key stakeholders Provide advice and support to others on recruitment best practice and process, methods of attraction, utilisation of the applicant tracking system, etc Conduct research to determine effective routes to markets for your area of resourcing Who you are: Your skills and experience will include: Previous experience within a recruitment role - in house experience desirable but not essential Experience of recruiting for roles in a logistics/ supply chain environment would be advantageous Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills Ability to manage difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback to candidates Clear understanding of modern recruitment principles and techniques Familiarity with Job platforms such as Indeed & LinkedIn Previous experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques Experience within high volume recruitment Good grasp of producing and interpreting MI Why Gist?
