The Opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic technician to join our team at the Edinburgh Reproductive Tissue Biobank (ERTBB). The position involves supporting all ERTBB lab activities including the collection, processing, and storing of human tissue and blood samples, maintaining detailed and accurate records and performing routine laboratory procedures.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns.
Your skills and attributes for success:
An HND/HNC in a relevant biological science subject.
Experience of working in a diagnostic or research laboratory role with knowledge of biological sample handling.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage workload efficiently while being flexible and adaptable to changes in work schedule.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
