Resource Management Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Create and share eye-catching ads on job boards and social media to effectively draw in top talent.
2. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, ensuring candidates receive detailed information and guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
3. Boost local candidate engagement by organising in-person registration events and actively participating in job fairs.
4. Ensure all necessary identity and Right to Work checks for candidates are completed efficiently and accurately.
5. Deliver daily updates through streamlined pipeline management to track progress and proactively identify recruitment challenges.
6. Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams to address staffing needs, monitor candidate progress, and enhance recruitment strategies.

Resource Management Specialist Skills:
