Job Duties & Responsibilities: Day to day operations of carnival games such as greeting guests, in-depth rule explanation, upselling, encouraging the guests while they play. Performing sales tactics such as asking for replays, offering deals, encouraging trade-ups. Make memorable experiences by celebrating winners and completing our ‘8 Steps to Glory’ to provide an outstanding guest service. Accurately completing the sale on the point-of-sale register or device and the monitoring of prizes awarded. Creating attractive displays with the prizes and ensure the games are clean for the best sales appearance. Assist with inventory efforts, displays, counts and product transfers as needed.
