This role is perfect for someone who is detailed orientated, has a passion for numbers and is looking to get into an accounts role to kickstart their career Location: Bristol Hybrid Working Salary - £23,000 Full Time (Permanent) Key Responsibilities Complete reconciliations for bank accounts in multiple currencies. Post bank transactions and journals. Scan and process purchase ledger invoices onto accounting software. Request copy invoices and reconcile statements from associates and suppliers. Manage accounts email inbox and distribute accounts post. Send out sales ledger copy invoices per client requests. Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Accounts team. Perform any other duties necessary to meet business needs. Qualifications and Skills: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (Level 5 or above). Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and pride in work. Ability to manage workload, stay calm during busy times, and help team members.
