Job Title: Audit Senior
Locations: Plymouth (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday - Friday 36.35 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience
Job Type: Permanent
The Role:
Overseeing, managing, and executing audit fieldwork for a portfolio of clients, under the guidance of Audit Partners, Directors, and Managers.
Preparing financial statements.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Conducting technical research and offering advice to both clients and team members.
Providing support to clients across the region as needed.
Networking with the business communities in which our offices and clients are based.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Assist in proposal development and business development activities to grow the audit practice.
Requirements
ACA or ACCA part-qualified or fully qualified, with substantial experience in audit and assurance.
Understanding of UK Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex spreadsheet development, with competency in Word and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Caseware audit software - Desirable
Working Knowledge of Sage Accounts - Desirable
